Centrifuge Maintenance Service Offer:
Our company, with over 20 years of experience in the solid-liquid separation field, not only offers you high-quality sieves, grates, and filter sectors for centrifuges but also provides a centrifuge maintenance service suitable for any business. For this purpose, we offer the assistance of our qualified Technical Service either on-site or at our mechanical workshop. Depending on the severity of the issue, our service is delivered with speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to address the most critical problems these machines may encounter.
Our interventions on centrifuges include at least the following operations:
- Complete disassembly of the machine
- Inspection and balancing of baskets
- Inspection of the pusher shaft, related piston, and guide bushings
- Seal integrity check of the pusher shaft
- Replacement of bearings and seals
- Replacement of all worn spare parts and/or reconditioning and grinding of worn parts
- Inspection of the static parts of the machine
- Painting
- Complete reassembly of the machine
- Updating to legal safety standards with appropriate safety devices (Legislative Decree 626)
Scheduled Maintenance Subscription
The subscription contract includes periodic visits by our technicians to perform various checks and verifications on the machines: vibration detection, measurement of dimensional tolerances, operation of the hydraulic circuit, condition of the filter screens, thrust rings, seals, and safety devices. After the intervention, a report is issued detailing the machine’s condition and recommending actions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Emergency Maintenance Services
These interventions address problems identified by operators regarding faults and/or malfunctions of the machines. They are aimed at restoring operational functionality. Our Technical Service is capable of replacing worn parts on-site (bearings, bushings, screens, and other spare parts).
Extraordinary Scheduled Maintenance
Interventions are carried out at our workshop. The standard procedure involves an on-site evaluation of the machine’s condition, the extent of the intervention, the compilation of a list of necessary spare parts, and the preparation of a cost estimate. Once approved, and depending on your operational needs, the duration of the intervention is agreed upon.
